By accessing or using any service offered under the Ledgi Technologies brand — including Ledgi Rentals at ledgi.io and this website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Ledgi Technologies is a brand of MZ Unlimited LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Ledgi Technologies provides a suite of finance operations tools for operators and businesses. The currently available product is Ledgi Rentals, accessible at ledgi.io. Additional products are in development and will be subject to their own terms upon release.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. User Accounts

Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at ask@mzunlimited.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services;
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with Ledgi Technologies — including the Ledgi name, mark, and suite of products — are the exclusive property of MZ Unlimited LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MZ Unlimited LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
